A Passion for Growth
Hello, I'm William. My journey in the mental health field began in 2019, driven by a desire to provide meaningful, evidence-based support to those navigating life's most complex challenges.
After earning my Master’s degree in 2022, I continued my professional growth by entering a PhD program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). My academic pursuit is paired with real-world clinical experience, ensuring that my clients benefit from both current research and practical empathy.
I founded Johnson Counseling Services in 2025 with a vision to create a space that balances clinical professionalism with approachable, human connection. I specialize in working with athletes and high-performing individuals who face unique pressures regarding identity and performance.
